Bambu Lab P1 Series Nozzle

Choose a Bambu Lab P1 Series replacement hotend for P1P and P1S. Select both the nozzle diameter and the assembly type shown in the options.

Complete assembly or hotend only

The complete assembly includes the hotend, cooling fan, heater, thermistor, silicone sock and retaining clip. The option labeled “Nozzle only” or “Hotend only” is the hotend with its integrated nozzle; it requires the compatible electrical components to be transferred or supplied separately.

Complete P1 Series assemblies use model-specific electrical components. Choose the P1 version for P1P/P1S; an X1 assembly is not a direct replacement.

Choose the nozzle size and material

A 0.2 mm nozzle suits small details, 0.4 mm is a general-purpose choice, and 0.6 or 0.8 mm can reduce print time on larger parts with suitable settings. Carbon- or glass-fiber-filled filaments require hardened steel; check the filament maker’s recommended diameter and your printer’s material limits. Filled filaments can clog a 0.2 mm nozzle.

Follow Bambu Lab’s hotend replacement guide. Let the hotend cool and disconnect printer power before working on the wiring. Update the printer’s nozzle information after changing diameter or material, and use the matching print profile.
