US shipping

Standard online shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC.

Rates

Standard shipping is free on eligible orders of $59 USD or more. Orders below $59 ship for $6.99 USD. The threshold applies to the order subtotal after discounts, before tax. Your final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery time

Typical delivery for available items is 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with product availability, destination and carrier conditions. Orders may arrive in separate shipments.

Other destinations

The standard rates above exclude Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses. Contact orders@nex3d.com before ordering to those destinations so we can confirm product eligibility and shipping options. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Unexpected delays

If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and explain your options, including consenting to a revised shipping date or cancelling for a refund as required by law. Contact orders@nex3d.com if tracking has stopped updating or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate; a tracking scan does not prevent you from reporting a delivery problem.
