NEX3D LLC, doing business as NEX3D USA, operates us.nex3d.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse our store, buy products, or contact us.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to serve you: contact details; delivery and billing addresses; order, payment-status and return records; account details; and information you send to customer support. Our payment providers process payment credentials through secure checkout. Please do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or identity documents by email.
Our store and service providers also collect device and browser information, IP addresses, cookies and similar identifiers, and activity such as pages viewed, items added to a cart and checkout events. The information collected depends on the features you use and your privacy choices.
How we use information
We use information to process payments, fulfill and track orders, provide support, administer returns and warranties, communicate order updates, maintain the store, improve shopping, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We may verify order details or compare a returned product with order and serial-number records to protect customers and our business.
Where permitted and subject to your choices, we use information for analytics and relevant advertising and to send promotional communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each message. Unsubscribing does not stop essential order or service messages.
Who receives information
We share information as needed with Shopify (our commerce platform), payment providers, fulfillment suppliers, shipping carriers, support and technology providers, and analytics or advertising providers when those tools are enabled. For example, a fulfillment supplier receives the delivery details needed to ship your purchase. We require service providers to handle information for the relevant services and applicable legal obligations.
We may also disclose information when you request or authorize it; to comply with law or valid legal process; to investigate fraud, protect rights and resolve disputes; or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.
Shopify and other providers
Shopify processes information to operate, secure and improve the services that power our store. Certain Shopify features may involve information from your interactions with Shopify and other merchants. Shopify is responsible for processing it controls independently. Security, retention and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to our store and work with established commerce and payment providers. No system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including orders, support, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, legal obligations and disputes. Providers may process information in the United States, Canada or other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards apply to international transfers.
Children and policy changes
