What qualifies for rewards?
Eligible paid purchases placed after the program's launch earn 2% of merchandise spending after discounts. Tax, shipping, duties, fees, gift card purchases, and test or canceled orders do not earn rewards. Rewards round down to the nearest cent per order.
When can I use my rewards?
Rewards are pending until 14 days after the order is fully fulfilled. Qualifying credit is then added to your account. Sign in during checkout to use it. Shopify applies available store credit up to the amount due; a custom partial amount cannot be selected.
Can I use Canadian rewards in the US store?
Canadian and US rewards are separate. Credit earned in this store can be used only in this store and in the matching currency.
What happens if I return an item?
Returns, refunds, and cancellations reduce the rewards earned on the order. Issued rewards may be reversed. If the relevant credit has already been spent, the remaining adjustment offsets future rewards. Some adjustments may need review.
Do rewards expire?
At launch, NEX3D Rewards credit has no expiry date. It is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Can I earn on previous purchases?
Rewards apply to qualifying orders placed from the launch date onward. Previous purchases are not included.
